About DominoLab
DominoLab is a free tool that gets a printable domino set ready in a few minutes, with dots, numbers, colours, shapes or your own pictures.
Why it exists
Domino is one of the first games where children learn to count, compare and take turns. Shop-bought sets are all the same, though. We wanted parents and teachers to be able to tailor the game: colours for a two-year-old, pictures and counting for a preschooler, numbers for a first-grader.
Your images stay with you
Everything happens right in your browser, the preview and the final PDF alike. Uploaded images are never sent anywhere, there is no server that could store them, and nothing is left behind once you close the page.
Ready to print
Tiles are laid out on an A4 page so they are easy to cut out, with cutting guides. Colour sets give every colour its own shape too, so they work on a black-and-white printer and for children with colour vision deficiency.
Who is behind it
DominoLab is part of Predškoláčik, a project creating learning materials and games for preschool children. It is developed by Kromka.IT. The tool is free with no registration; it is supported by ads and voluntary donations.
Fonts
Headings are set in Baloo 2, body text and the PDF in Nunito. Both fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
